Smålandskavlen - Finally my season finds an end!

This last season, was long and tough. It started early with the Park World Tour in italy and "ended" hard with World Cup Final, German Champs, Blodslitet and now, this weekend: Smålandskavlen!
It was my first season i was trying to get a bit close to the international Orienteering level and could qualify for European Champs and World Champs. I am still on my way to think about everything that happened over the whole season, so you can read about this a bit later.
I am tired. Tired of orienteering and tired of travelling. The time of studying takes more and more part in my life, and examination will be in beginning of december. I am happy to have some weeks coming up where i am not thinking about orienteering and training, just to do, what i want to do. I read a lot at other websites, that people started training again or will do that next week. I dont feel sad to say, no thank you, i am starting in 2 to 3 weeks again to take it serious.


But....this weekend i am going to rock it for the last time. It`s smålandskavlen-time. This year i am running in Halden SK`s second team, together with some young fresh stars coming up on orienteering-horizont. I am going to run the 4th leg and i am happy about it. The scandal-runners Mattias Karlsson and Erik Thorsson will be the Night-Rävens and youngstar Martin Jullum is going to be strong on the 7km leg. Our Anchor is Martin Schälli VaNälli. I think: We can do good!
I am motivated to run for that last time and i want to finish my season with a happy ending.
